Bexhill Sea Angling Club competition win

We are pleased to announce that we have been selected as the chosen architect to develop a design and planning application for the new Bexhill Sea Angling Club on behalf of Rother District council. Following on from the design competition stage we will now be working on planning proposals with a view to submitting the planning application by the end of the year. We are working closely with Rother Distric council on the designs, where the project will see a new purpose build facility offering flexible spaces and education rooms, along with kitchens and a bar overlooking the sea. Inside the space has been divided into a clubhouse with facilities for storing fishing equipment and a flexible teaching space that can be divided off from the main club room when in use.

The ambition, is for the internal spaces and the perimeter landscape to overlap, where the thresholds between both can be inhabited both by the sea anglers and members of the public.
