Lunch on the Beach

This week the team took a trip to Camber Sands to visit our recently completed beach house. The project was built by Ecolibrium Solutions who specialise in sustainable construction. The beach house uses a ground source heat pump via several boreholes to passively heat and cool the building. There is an MVHR system which controls the air exchanges as well as solar panels to top up the heating systems.

The property is directly on the beach with large glazed openings leading straight out onto the sand. The team took the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the house along with lunch and drinks. It was also a good opportunity for everyone to take a walk along the beach to visit one of our other sites named ‘Seabreeze’ which is currently in at planning.
