Winchelsea Beach Houses Near Completion

This week we visited our Beach front development in Wincheslea Beach which is progressing well and now nearing completion. The pair of three storey beach houses have fantastic views across the beach and across the adjacent SSSI nature reserve. The buildings are clad in a charred blackened timber cladding which is offset with contrasting grey brickwork.

The scaffolding is due to be struck in two weeks time once the last of the cladding installation is complete. The internal fitted joinery is currently progressing along with floor finishes and tiling being laid. The cantilevered steel staircases have also now been fitted in preparation for the fumed oak treads. The project is due for completion in early December 2018.
