We have received full planning approval at committee last night for our apartment scheme in Hythe, Kent. The site sits on an elevated plot with fantastic panoramic sea views.

 

The proposals include significant communal gardens with mown paths and terraces set within a wildflower meadow, offering significant biodiversity improvements. The design for the building combines white bricks with natural cedar cladding and a zinc roof. Balconies are recessed into the building to frame the views out and provide privacy.
