We have recently received full planning approval for a new build development of 4 detached low energy houses in Camber Sands near Rye. The scheme uses 3 variations of charred timber types to provide mixed elevation treatments.

 

The houses front on to the sand dunes to the east with private rear gardens to the west. The scheme is soon to feature in the @sundaytimes this bank holiday weekend and the properties will launch for sale off plan by @themodernhouse so watch this space
